BAR AND GRILL CONCEPT COMES TO LIDCOMBE
After a successful relocation project and great Member feedback, DOOLEYS popular Bar and Grill concept is back on the menu with a new location – DOOLEYS Lidcombe.
DOOLEYS Bar and Grill Lidcombe offers an unpretentious, seasonal menu where Members can enjoy fresh, sustainably sourced produce obtained from the very best Australian suppliers.
The refreshed menu will include top-quality local produce, from Hawkesbury River loligo squid and prosciutto with fig and Burrata plate for entrees, to mains of fresh prawn casarecce, a 300g Westholme wagyu rump, or crispy skin Coral Coast barramundi with salsa verde and ratatouille.
Familiar favourites also feature on the Bar and Grill Lidcombe menu, albeit elevated, including smoked chicken breast with caesar salad or wagyu beef burger on Sonoma sesame milk bun.
For those seeking an intimate shared plate the menu offers a Riverine, 120-day grain fed 800g Rib Eye or a perfectly roasted whole Bannockburn Chicken with polenta, brussel sprouts and tarragon vinaigrette.
The Bar and Grill Lidcombe wine list is also curated from award winning wines including organic and vegan varieties and boutique wineries. The Reserve list includes wines designed for sharing to celebrate a special occasion, business milestone or casual gathering.
