Further to the text message sent earlier this afternoon, we have just been provided with additional information from NSW Health. If you were on premises at our DOOLEYS Lidcombe venue during the following dates and times below, you are considered a ‘Close Contact’ and will be required to self-isolate for 14 days and get tested for COVID-19 at the earliest.
- Friday 7 August 4:30pm - Saturday 8 August 7:00am
- Saturday 8 August between 4:00pm – 12:00am
- Sunday 9 August between 12:30pm – 9:30pm
- Monday 10 August between 12:30pm – 10:00pm
The Club has provided a list of the names and contact details of anyone that was present at our Lidcombe venue during the dates and times mentioned above to NSW Health. The Club has arranged a pop-up drive-thru Covid Test Clinic to commence on Friday 14 August at 1pm to 5pm with entry via the lower gates of DOOLEYS Lidccombe car park off Church St.
To obtain a Covid test at this drive thru clinic, you must obtain a referral from your GP via telehealth appointment and either fax or email the referral to: 02 8745 6177 or corpreceptionist@dooleys.comprior to attending the pop-up clinic. Additional times for this pop-up clinic will be communicated through DOOLEYS Website and DHQ Facebook page.
A member of NSW Health will be in contact with you in the next 24 - 48 hours to discuss your responsibilities and any course of action required in this matter.
