DOOLEYS Helping Hands

DOOLEYS employees are actively involved in local community life through the DOOLEYS Helping Hands Program. Staff have the opportunity to volunteer their time throughout the year for a variety of local community events, projects, sporting organisations and charities.

Unfortunately during the COVID-19 pandemic, DOOLEYS Helping Hands has been dormant, but DOOLEYS are very excited to pick this back up in 2022.

If your local organisation needs volunteers, please contact Emma Roach via community@dooleys.com to find out how DOOLEYS Helping Hands may be able to assist.

LifeBlood

DOOLEYS has a Lifeblood Team of donors who regularly donate blood, plasma and/or platelets. Once a month a Blood Service van takes volunteers to the Parramatta Blood Centre to help save the lives of the 1 in 3 Australians who need blood.

Over the last 3 years, Team DOOLEYS have saved 666 lives!

DOOLEYS Members and Staff are encouraged to join Team Dooleys – book your donation today by calling 13 14 95 or visit lifeblood.com.au

Max Potential Coaching

Every year, DOOLEYS staff have the opportunity to participate in the Max Potential Youth Leadership Program as a Community Coach. Staff members develop their personal leadership skills by working with a young adult for 40 hours over 22 weeks.

DOOLEYS staff are proud to volunteer every year, coaching and empowering a young person towards their goals and watching them thrive.
