Week 3: Italy (17 – 23 October)
Celebrate the heart of Italy with a menu full of rich, comforting classics. Savour slow-cooked favourites like lasagna layered with beef and red wine ragu, hearty beef cheek risotto, or tender chicken cacciatore. Indulge in showstopping mains such as porchetta with potato salad or the iconic Bistecca alla Fiorentina T-bone, alongside fresh seafood like chilli mussels.
