Featuring Peter Allen’s unforgettable songs and the behind-the-scenes stories of how they came to be, this show is a total joy.
From working as Judy Garland’s opening act [Quiet Please – There’s a Lady Onstage] to international stardom as an openly flamboyant and controversial artist, the songs take us on a journey through life, love and finally having to say the saddest goodbye of all.
Simon has spent over 30 years as a full- time professional performer and creative artist. It's this experience and an uncanny affinity for the music of this extraordinary singer/songwriter which make this show something very special.
Peter Allen’s songs are his legacy and given Simon’s skilful and remarkably sensitive interpretations they serve so well to tell the story of Peter's life and loves in this very personal, very special, very Peter cabaret.
