The health and safety of our members, visitors, and staff always come first.

With forecasted hot weather tomorrow, this may impact some of our scheduled activities for tomorrow’s Christmas event at Regent St Pavilion.

We are proceeding as planned, however certain activities may be adjusted to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

What this means:

• Additional hydration stations will be available, and we encourage you to drink water regularly.
• Extra shaded areas, misting stations and additional seating have been arranged to help attendees stay comfortable.
• Trained staff and volunteers will be on-site to assist with any concerns related to heat and wellness.

What we ask of you:

• Bring a hat, sunscreen, and a refillable water bottle if you have one.
• Look out for yourself and others; if you or someone nearby feels unwell, please seek help from on-site staff immediately.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we balance celebration with safety.
