DOOLEYS Lidcombe Expansion
A period of transformation is underway at DOOLEYS Lidcombe as we begin works to deliver class leading facilities for our members.
After years of meticulous planning and navigating through the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and fluctuating construction market, we are finally ready to bring our vision for DOOLEYS Lidcombe to life.
Our development scope is impressive, and we are thrilled to partner with Buildcorp over the next two years to bring our members the class leading facilities they have long awaited and deserve.
This is a significant milestone in our development journey, and we are grateful for the loyalty of our members throughout this process.
This ambitious project will leave no area of the club untouched and will deliver a brand-new range of expansive food and beverage offerings including new restaurants, bars, and café as well as leading function and event spaces containing a 500-person capacity grand ballroom.
Members will benefit not only from an increased range of food and beverage choices, but a club better equipped to deliver a wide range of activities and entertainment with major refurbishments to the children’s play facilities, bistro, entertainment spaces for live performances and weekly activities as well as upgraded facilities for our intra-club members. Parking will also increase to accommodate the increased volume in patronage.
As we move forward, we are committed to keeping you informed and involved in the progress of the redevelopment. We acknowledge members have experienced a series of enabling works over the last two years in preparation for this build and member sentiment remains very positive under what has been a challenging set of circumstances to get to this point.
We are excited about the future and the positive impact this redevelopment will have on our members, staff, and community. Together, we will create a place that not only reflects our values and aspirations but also becomes a source of pride for members of today and generations to come.
