The heat is on in the kitchen at Regent St Pavilion as we proudly take part in ClubsNSW’s Perfect Plate 2025! Our chefs have crafted three delicious dishes to impress your tastebuds – now all we need is your vote.
Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet, savoury, or a slice of something special, we've got you covered:
Mango Basque Cake
A buttery, golden Basque cake filled with diced mango and served with rich black sesame gelato.
Prosciutto Pizza
A gourmet twist featuring a pesto base, fresh rocket, prosciutto, pecorino, toasted pine nuts, and mozzarella.
Continental Meatloaf
Wrapped in bacon and served with sunny side up egg, house-made tomato chutney, mash, and broccolini.
